Overhead Garage Doors manufactured in compliance with the European Laws UNI EN 13241-1 Product Law and UNI EN 12635 Installation and use. They are fitted with plate casing and sash structure and painted steel rectangular profiles. They are available in two different types of casing structure (2002 or Light System Series), whereas the sash consists of rectangular profiles with different sections, but all 20/10 thick. For 2002 Series, the casing structure is made of painted steel rectangular profiles consisting of three elements: fastening counterframe on 3 sides with 70 x 30 mm rectangular section, 70 x 70 mm vertical sliding guides made of 12/10-thick box steel plate containing the counterweights, for a 102 x 393 overall case size. For Light System Series, the vertical sliding guides are made of steel and are embedded in a 120 x 210 or 140 x 250 box made of 12/10-thick plate steel containing the counterweights. For both 2002 and Light System Series the sash is made of rectangular profiles with different section but all 20/10-thick, and it cab be externally covered, according to the model, either with plywood or with solid wood. It can also be internally covered ( and insulated ), and can be fitted with Service Door, Aeration Grids and Rooflights. The motorization is available in two versions, that is to say low voltage ( 24 Volt ) or normal voltage ( 220 Volt ), always in accordance with current safety law.
