Made-to-measure frames characterized by a special section bar ( Panto international Patent ) consisting of three parts.
A solid wood panel ( about 20/10 thick ) made of Okoumé is applied on the interior side. The central part is made of laminated broadleaf wood ( Okoumé ) consisting of several layers jointed by means of a high frequency process with class D4 glue according to the specification provided in the EN 204 regulations. The protection of the wooden part is obtained by means of a Flow Coating biocide primer cycle and then two other cycles of spray finish; these operations are performed using acrylic resin products in aqueous emulsion.
The exterior side is covered by layers consisting of an alloy of Aluminium, Manganese & Magnesium which is 2/10 mm thick, fixed to the wooden bearing structure by pressing and using a polyurethane-prepolymeric glue. The Aluminium painting will belong to the polyester type with polyurethane-polyamide surface finish in the different colors available.
They have a double weather-strip on the casing; the former in cellular foam covered with a vinyl material, free from Fluorochlorocarbon compounds; the latter in thermoplastic rubber.
The draining is obtained by means of drillings inside the scavenging chamber of the bottom rail, covered with some rubber stoppers.
