Casing in hot zinc coated steel, 20/10 thickness, five-fold profiled, polyester-powder painted, air chamber gasket or adhesive in expanded material on three sides and two height-adjustable ball-joint hinges.
20/10-thick Sash in zinced steel suitably shaped. The polyester-powder painting ( same finish as the Frame ) is only performed on the perimeter profiles ( “Carter” ). The interior reinforcements are made up of 20/10-thick steel profiles, “Omega” and “Z” shaped and welded one with the other. Thermo-acoustic insulation is obtained by means of 50 mm or 63 mm-thick self-extinguishing polystyrene. It is fitted with draught stops at the bottom and with three or four tear-proof pins on the hinge side. The locking, three key-turn triple lock, moves other two or three other locking bolts and it is available in two versions: preset for European cylinder with flat key fitted with protection "Defender" or with triple-map "needle" key.
The lining panelling (interior and exterior side of the sash ), according to the models, is made up of plywood or solid wood, or it consists of a smooth layer made of chipboard which will be veneered and varnished, or of a smooth layer in varnished chipboard. The line also includes some panels which can match, both for the model and for the finish, the Interior doors of the Series Astrale and Series New Emilia or that can be coupled with entry doors City, Diago, London, Nadir and Zenit, or with the panelling for Garages Mod. Centauro.
