Wooden frames with an exterior metal coating. The wooden part is made up of 3 or more layers with 64x78 mm casing nominal section & sash characterized by a 64 mm-thick increased section. The exterior metal coating consists of 20/10-thick layers, which are made up of varnished Aluminium or Brass. These layers are secured to the wooden frame, which has been preemptively molded and painted, by means of nylon turning-lever clips; the distance between aluminum and wood is 5 mm ( in compliance with Rosenheim regulations ) and optimal joint of independent frames is achieved, so that they can dilate with no tensions. Standard double glazing applied is 4mm Float/15/4mm Float. In the double glazing the spacer is made up of micro-perforated aluminium with molecular sieves filling. The glazing panel will be fixed to the wooden frame by means of a glass stop on the inside and an interior/exterior silicone double layer. The frame is fitted with an EPDM thermoplastic elastomer co-extruded weather-strip on panels, and with a drip in extruded of strengthened aluminium. The tropicalized steel flush hardware is ready for fixing the Handle directly to the Cremone bolt. Wood will be protected by open-pore painting with acrylic resins in aqueous emulsion. Varnished products applied are tested in research laboratories in order to assess steam permeability according to law EN 927-4/98, and to assess water permeability according to law EN 927-5/98.
